Do you accept walk in clients?
I do accept walk in clients however I get extremely busy. I rarely have slots to fit them in but will always try my best to accommodate.
Where is your salon based?
We are located in Shane Francis hair dressers in Rainham Village in Essex. We have a lovely little beauty studio above the hair salon.
How long does microblading take and does it hurt?
Microblading taxes approximately 2 hours for the first session and then 4-6 weeks later a top up is required, which takes approximately 1 hour. Depending on your pain threshold, microblading feels different from person to person. Most pain is reduced by a numbing cream used in the treatment.
Microblading lasts around 8 months to 1 year once your second top up has been complete.
How long does microblading last?
I have a wide variety of Shades ranging from blond/browns to dark browns and blacks. Your colour will be chosen to suit your wants and needs.
what shades do you have for microblading?
Yes. I go through colours with you and place them on your forehead to check that the shade is best suited for your skin tone and preference. I then measure and draw the desired brows before I start the procedure to make sure you are 100% happy.
will i know what the results of microblading will look like before it is complete?
Yes, 48 hours prior to treatment a patch test will need to be carried out for microblading, lash extensions , lash perming and all tinting services.
Will i need to do a patch test for any treatments?
When booking your appointment certain treatments will require a deposit. You will be informed of this when booking.
do i need to pay a deposit for my treatments?
No, they will not if correct after care and removal is carried out. This is avaliable at the salon.
will lash extensions ruin my natural lashes?

You naturally lose around 3-4 natural lashes per day, meaning after 2-4 weeks (depending on what lashes you have and how well you look after your set) you will need a lash top up.
How long will lash extensions last?
The classic lash is applied with 1 false lash to 1 real and with Russian a fan of 3-6 thinner lashes are made and applied to the lash. This means that Russian lashes give a fluffier, more dramatic look compared to classics. Both styles are great, it is all dependant on personal preference.
What is the difference between Russian and classic lashes?
A full set of classics will take approx 1 hour and 15 mins
A mixed set will take approx 1 hour and 45 mins
A Russian set can take up to 2 hours/2 hours 30 mins (Depending on how full you want your lashes)
